Who We Are
STEP Group Home is a private nonprofit agency serving at-risk youth ages 13–17 within Florida’s foster care system. Through a comprehensive continuum of care, we support children and families across the state through community-based programs.
We provide a safe, structured environment that promotes emotional healing, personal growth, and stability. Our trauma-informed approach supports youth with emotional and behavioral challenges while building the cognitive, social, and life skills needed for long-term success.
Founder’s Message
Our organization was founded with a clear purpose to create meaningful impact by serving people with compassion, integrity, and commitment. What began as a vision to address real community needs has grown into a mission-driven platform focused on empowering individuals, strengthening families, and building sustainable change.
The founder’s leadership is rooted in firsthand experience, community engagement, and a deep understanding of the challenges people face every day. By prioritizing transparency, collaboration, and service excellence, the organization continues to grow as a trusted partner for those it serves.
