Our holistic approach integrates residential care, mental health services, practical job training, and life skills – all rooted in transformative experiences that aims to disrupts cycles of poverty, abuse, and incarceration by equipping teens with the skills and resources necessary to navigate life successfully.
S.T.E.P. Group Home mission is to provide to upmost quality of care to the children who experienced trauma, such as abuse, neglect, maltreatment and/or who are at risk of becoming sex trafficking victims. S.T.E.P. Group Home has the philosophy that all children who have been placed in our care are ensured a healthy and safe family environment, which will offer them the opportunity to mature into well-adjusted, responsible, and productive members of our society.
