Residential Group Home (Ages 13–17)

Safe, Structured, Supportive Our residential program provides a stable and nurturing environment where teens can thrive. Residents receive consistent guidance, supervision, and emotional support in a home-like setting designed.

Mental Health & Trauma Support

Healing Through Care STEP provides access to licensed mental health professionals, trauma-informed therapy, and ongoing emotional support. Teens are guided to process past experiences, build resilience, and develop healthy.

Life Skills & Financial Education

Preparing Teens for Independence We teach practical life skills, including budgeting, time management, cooking, and financial literacy. These programs ensure teens can confidently navigate daily life and plan for a successful future.

Vocational & Workforce Training

Skills for a Successful Career Teens gain real-world job skills through hands-on training, resume workshops, and paid work experience opportunities. This prepares them for employment and builds confidence in their abilities.

Youth Development & Incentives

Healing Through Care Encouraging Growth and Engagement Our youth programs provide incentives for participation, achievement, and personal growth. From educational challenges to recreational activities.

Life Skills & Financial Education

Driving Towards Independence STEP supports teens in obtaining driving permits and learning safe driving skills. This program fosters independence, mobility, and opens new opportunities for work, education, and daily life.
